Sally has been the Resident Partner of Brown & Brand Management and Lettings Services since 1995. Sally’s background of property and accounting makes her one of the most capable and experienced property people in the area. Qualified and trained Sally heads up our wonderful team. Her passion for the country and her horses keeps her fitter and more focused than most!
Paul started the original Brown & Brand business back in 1983 (obviously at a very young age!). Initially Brown & Brand focused on Chartered Surveying and Property Sales but quickly added Lettings, Management and Financial Services. Paul's ethos in business is simply to offer the most attentive and professional service to all clients. Paul is now a highly regarded and forward thinking Property Professional with over 30 years experience he is happy to share. Aside from business Paul's passion is sport and he must be commended for continuing to suffer at the hands of his beloved Spurs.
Mike joined Brown & Brand in 1985 and through his hard work and dedication is now the Resident Partner running the Estate Agency Sales dept. Highly regarded throughout the industry, Mike is a true professional who has amassed a level of experience, almost unrivalled, and is able to offer a wealth of advice. Mike raises money for Fair Havens and other Charities through a variety of endeavours including competing in triathlons. All that running is probably why his legs are so short!
Guy S Imray B.Sc M.R.I.C.S.
Guy is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who joined Brown & Brand in 1993. Guy is the Resident Partner in the Survey Dept who, with his team, carries out a variety of valuations, surveys and condition reports. Guy's abilities are in high demand and he is often commissioned to carry out specialist valuation and surveys work in far flung parts of the UK. Fortunately his sat-nav brings him home to Essex where he continues to run one of the most successful and Professional Survey firms in the County.
Jacqui has been with Brown & Brand for the longest of all of our girls and has proved to be an incredibly capable and talented staff member. Jacqui's clients love her to bits and her long standing client relationships is proof of how loyal she is to her landlords. Jacqui is often found working late and starting early as she strives to be the best property manager possible. Jacqui's husband is a magician so let's hope she doesn't disappear!
Karen has been a property manager for many years and looks after a wide ranging portfolio of a variety of homes. Her dedication to finding the perfect tenant is admirable and has seen her landlords prosper and benefit from her personal attention. A vast knowledge and Karen's experience is invaluable when looking to rent out your home. Karen is a vivacious character who dances better than most!
Debbie manages a mostly high-end portfolio of properties and is an extremely professional and conscientious manager. Debbie has a great attention to detail that means nothing ever slips her by and she manages her properties with a calm of character that puts everyone at their ease. We often receive glowing comments from Debbie's landlords as they recognise her commitment to providing the very finest service possible. Outside of work Debbie works on her fitness and loves walking her gorgeous dog Rosie.
Dawn's career began in the Estate Agency industry from the tender age of 17 working for various corporate companies before joining Brown and Brand. This was in September 2009 after taking some time out traveling around Australia enjoying the sunshine and lifestyle. She refers to her colleagues as her work family as we all get on so well. She finds the best part of her job is getting to meet lots of different people and her aim is to make sure everyone's move goes as smoothly as possible, advising clients in a professional manner ensuring they achieve the best possible price. In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and is also a huge animal lover so if she is on an appointment and the owners have pets, her day gets that little bit better.
With many years of working within the lettings industry behind her, Christine has become a super professional portfolio manager whom we can rely on 100%. Christine is diligent and straight talking and delivers an honesty and efficiency so hard to find these days. She loves to laugh and has a keen sense of humour which has enabled Christine to forge longstanding relationships with many many landlords. Christine is fair, but uncompromising and her landlords are fortunate to have her represent them.
Sophie Gilmour MAAT
Management & Lettings Accountant
Sophie has a most important role within the company as she maintains the financial end of the lettings business. We are very proud of Sophie for studying so hard for her accounting qualifications and for the efficiency she brings to all things accounts. A lovely girl so full of life and someone we can all rely on completely. Sophie loves life and everybody loves Sophie!
Reece is one of life’s ‘nice guys’ and one of the best negotiators we have trained. A ready smile and an affable nature, coupled with a sharp intellect and naturally caring personality, make Reece the ideal person to have on your team during a move. Reece is a serious swimmer and loves the gym and is no doubt the fittest person in the office. We believe Reece will become a top Estate Agent and is already equipped to deal with all types of sales situations.
Jane joined us with a good amount of estate agency experience behind her. She has proved to be a hardworking and talented salesperson with the loveliest sunny disposition. Nothing is too much trouble for Jane, and she works diligently to ensure her clients achieve the best outcome in any move. Jane loves to laugh and if you choose her as your agent, you will be in for a fun time. Professional throughout, Jane is a highly valued member of our sales team.
Amanda is equipped with a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the property business. She is currently working in our Chartered Surveying company and looks after the surveyors admirably, keeping them focussed and on time! Amanda is blessed with a keen sense of humour and prefers to see the joy in life as she presents a most positive outlook. Always ready to help anyone in need Amanda has become a vital part of our flourishing business.
Property Manager Administrator
Carol has been with Brown & Brand for a number of years now having had a late change of career. Since joining us Carol has thrived and developed into a vital cog in our well-oiled lettings business. Carol is the rock behind all of the property managers and she picks up all the pieces and keeps us all glued together as one team. Possibly the biggest smile in the office belongs to Carol and she is a delightful lady to work alongside.
