Brown & Brand is a privately owned company which has been serving the local community since it’s formation in 1983. Having over 100 years of combined partner experience together with highly trained and professional staff enables us to offer unbiased and trustworthy advise in all aspects of property matters.
We offer four distinct businesses, Residential Sales, Property Management and Lettings, Chartered Surveying and Commericial, all of which compliment each other.
Residential Sales
Has Operated Since Its Formation In 1983 Selling Properties Throughout Hadleigh, Benfleet, Thundersley, Leigh On Sea And Daws Heath And The Surrounding Areas And Is Headed Up By Our Resident Partner Mike Hopkins And His Experienced And Highly Trained Team.
Property Management And Lettings
As an ARLA Propertymark protected firm, our team headed by resident partner Sally Brand, can be trusted to be honest and helpful, always up to date with the latest lettings knowledge. Brown & Brand have been managing properties within Essex and the UK for over 30 years.
Chartered Surveying
This is overseen by our resident partner Guy Imray B.S.c, M.R.I.C.S who provides residential commercial and valuation work throughout Essex and the surrounding counties and London.
Commercial
The commercial department is run by Paul Brand and therefore benefits from a knowledge base and experience rarely found in the industry. Paul has the ability to deal with all aspects of commercial transactions including lease, risk assignments and freehold sales.
We pride ourselves in putting our customers needs first and offer a personal yet professional service. We have the ability to provide a national coverage through our network of associated offices, yet remain proud of our local roots supporting local charities/groups and Schools throughout the year.
